Treatment Resistant Depression

Description

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the use of an investigational product, for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression. We want to determine if the investigational product can help to improve the symptoms of people with treatment-resistant depression. People with treatment-resistant depression have been prescribed antidepressants for depression (specifically major depressive disorder) previously, but their symptoms have not improved.

Eligibility Criteria

18-65 Years Old; Currently experiencing a major depressive episode; Tried two or more antidepressants without an adequate response; Onset of first episode of MDD occurred before age 55;

Duration

Up to 155 Days (including Screening and Safety Follow-up Periods)
