Major Depressive Disorder with Insomnia

Description

The purpose of this study is to see if a drug called seltorexant (JNJ-42847922) added to your current antidepressant treatment would help to improve your depression and your sleep problems (such as difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking up too early or otherwise poor-quality sleep). The effects of seltorexant will be compared to the effects of placebo (pill without a medicine in it).
